Production and Delivery Times

The total delivery time averages 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday) within Germany. This is comprised of:

• Production time: 2–3 business days after order receipt
• Shipping time: depends on delivery country and chosen shipping method

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually and depend on the product type, order quantity, delivery country, and selected shipping method. The exact costs will be transparently displayed to you in the checkout before you complete your order.

We deliver to the following countries and regions:

• Germany (DE)
• European Union (EU)
• Switzerland (CH)
• USA

Depending on the delivery country, standard and express shipping are available. We work with the following shipping service providers: DHL, UPS, and DPD.

Possible Reasons for Delays

In exceptional cases, delays may occur. Specific reasons could be, for example:

• The order is submitted to us in the evening and therefore only enters the processing cycle the following day after a brief review.
• The customer's delivery address is incorrect and needs to be manually adjusted.
  
• There is an unexpected raw material shortage for a product in the order.
• A product is out of stock, and the ordered raw material is delivered late or incorrectly.
  
• A product fails quality control (printing errors, textile defects, drying errors, etc.) and needs to be reordered.
• The order contains many products. The more products an order includes, the longer the processing takes (e.g., one product is out of stock or fails QC → the entire order may be delayed).
